Vamsi holds a bachelor‘s degree in Civil Engineering from IIT Bombay (Batch 2001-05).

After passing out he worked for Larsen and Toubro (L & T) as a Management Trainee for 8 months and left his job for Lakshya. He has the ability to spot an idea and get it implemented with his organized approach. A cool customer, he has the knack to keep the whole team motivated and charged up, never letting his team loose track of the final aim. With his ability to have a holistic view of numerous processes going on and align them with the broader vision, Vamsi handles the task of branding at Lakshya. An amateur photographer, he also loves to blog".

Prasun holds a bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Delhi(Batch 2003-07).

After passing out, Prasun worked as a secretary in an NGO BHUMI for 1.5 years and then joined Lakshya. He is a highly self motivated person possessing a (pure soul) and is empathetic towards society. He had almost devoted his life towards the social cause but then realized that education could be the biggest (Tap) in removing the ills of the society, and chose Lakshya as the platform from where he could follow his passion of social upliftment and transform the thought process of the entire generation.

An ardent lover of Physics,he relates every law and principle of physics to our daily life.The simplicity and simultaneously the complexity of various phenomenons of this subject fascinates him the most. Prasun presently Leads the Physics team at Lakshya.

Hari Sharan holds a bachelor degree in Production & Industrial Engineering from IIT Roorkee (2008 pass out).

Hari worked with Oracle India Private Limited as an Associate Application Engineer for 12 months and then left the job for Lakshya.One of the most pure souls at Lakshya, this man lives by the principle of ‘never say no to anybody’. Born to be a teacher, Hari possesses an ideal personality of being a great mentor who can not only teach physics, chemistry and math but also empathise with students and give them much more than academic knowledge.

Having a right blend of patience, amicable nature and motivation to contribute towards the teaching profession, Hari promises a long and successful future ahead in teaching.Being good at mathematics also, hari loves the application of mathematics in physics and thus fearlessly explores the complexity of various problems of physics.

Gurpreet holds a bachelors degree in electrical engineering from Thapar University (2005-2009).

A pure soul at heart she believes that you need not be fake in order to enjoy life to the fullest...be yourself! She believes in philosophy-Take life as it comes. She chose Lakshya over other MNC offers. A magician in hitting the right cord with children, Gurpreet has a strong knack of striking a good rapport with them. One of the most promising youngster, she possesses an ideal personality that makes her one of the most lovable teachers amongst children.

Apart from teaching, she presently holds the responsibility of managing and taking various new initiatives for Lakshya‘s junior wing AAKAR.

Nitesh holds a bachelor‘s degree in Electronics and Communication from Thapar University (2010 pass out).

The true spirit and culture compelled Nitesh to join Lakshya directly after completing his degree. In such a short span of time,Nitesh has attached himself to the culture and philosophy of Lakshya and his sincerity, hard work and learning attitude makes him one of the favourite youngsters in the team

His love for Physics motivates him to be a very good teacher.His competitiveness and challenging attitude towards any kind of problem sets an example in front of others.

Dheeraj holds a bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering from Thapar University (2007 pass out).

After completing his B.Tech ,Dheeraj joined Maruti Udyog. But soon he left the job to pursue IAS. He devoted 2 years for IAS preparation and also cleared its prelim examination in his first attempt. But he soon realised that he wanted to continue his career in teaching and left that field for Lakshya.

Being a serious student of IAS preparation Dheeraj has a very good knowledge base for various subjects and has a huge collection of books. He has a huge interest in Modern Physics.
