![]() If there is one thing you want to change about your company, what would it be?
Infrastructure is one thing, we definitely want to change. We started by renting a floor and kept on renting more as our operations grew. The present infrastructure we are operating from is not custom made according to our needs, and we feel, doesn‘t reflect the philosophy of innovation and creativity. We have plans to create a theme based infrastructure which will not just be a set of class rooms but a playground for the kids to get energized and get their grey cells working. As soon as we get enough funds, we would like to go ahead with our plans of creating these self engineered centres, the one of their own kinds..

![]() We did join our jobs but everyday seemed like losing the very purpose of existence. We worked for six months before taking the final plunge. All our parents were strictly against our decisions. ‘Beta yeh partnerships nahi chalti. This is your infatuation, why do you want to risk it all, continue with your job and start business later‘ one of our founding member‘s father‘s commented. But we knew that we wanted to create something of our own. Success or failure; we didn`t care, for us this whole journey exemplifies success. Lakshya was born out of this dream of ours. Looking back we feel we have come a long way and have proved a point to all those who doubted our friendship and our passion. The journey still continues and as Robert Frost says ?...and miles to go before we sleep...
Inspiring and empowering people were something we really wanted to do. In education we saw the power to revolutionize the way a whole generation thinks and the attitudes they inculcate and this brought us to this field. Our founding team and the other members of our core team, all follow this philosophy and believe in this power of education. All we look for in any individual who shares Lakshya with us is his commitment towards our common goal, which is - to empower individuals and make them thought leadersture which will not just be a set of class.

![]() The unrelenting focus on quality of service which is taken care of by the fundamental question which we ask before doing anything, ‘Will doing this benefit our kids/students‘, forms the basis of value structure at Lakshya. Although, we get tempted by the quick fixes at times, there is always some of us who remind us of the values we stand firm with. It‘s great to hear youngsters in the team imbibe the values we envisioned and pass it on to the team as it grows. With time, we realized it‘s our value of being ethically and morally correct to our customers and delivering them best of the education, is what keeps our team positive and passionate every day. Today, Saahil, our business development head and Simriti, a 2nd yr student at Thapar University who works with us out of interest, the two of our youngest team members, are the torch bearers of the values and culture; we are so proud of at Lakshya.
